Dr. Cynthia Sue Marske, DO

I went to Dr. Marske for help with some unexplained pain I was having. An MRI revealed lesions on my spinal cord and brain, which can indicate Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Marske told me that I couldn’t possibly have MS because I was “young and not disabled enough”. She also told me that pain and MS are not related. I left her office feeling like I was leaving with only a “goodbye and good luck”. I sought care from a different care provider and well, here I am 11 months later with an official diagnosis of relapsing-remitting Multiple Sclerosis. Since MS is a progressive and degenerative disease, I sure would have appreciated getting a diagnosis and treatment much sooner.

Dr. Marske claimed she would send me to my prior specialist doctor a year ago and now I am past the point of being able to. She spent the entire five minutes she spent with me in person being very diminishing of my concerns and then lecturing me on irrelevant medication issues when asked about an insurance problem. It turns out she even lied about that, as I was able to purchase it out of pocket when she refused to assist. She seems to not look through someone's history at all, while simultaneously suggesting the patient to do something she was just asked to put in a referral for. She has totally thrown my life of the rails. That is a year I will never get back of my life that I am mourning and I will never see justice for. Avoid this clinic if you have well documented chronic health issues. Even that isn't enough. I'm so disheartened at how clearly little my worth as a human being was here. I was better off without a doctor than with one. The next doctor I had, none of these issues… came up. But not it's too late to see my old specialist due to the extra year she made me go through. Horrific, and I never should have assumed she had the competence to do something so simple.

Dr. Marske is an exceptionally thorough, responsive, insightful, skilled, and personal physician. Nothing is too complicated for her connections all of the best specialists; or her careful analysis of test results. She has been of great service to my family in addition to an extraordinary mentor to hundreds of students and residents. She is the PCP that we all dream of having. I rue the day when she transitions to a grander position in medicine and leaves us behind.

She always listen to you, and trying to meet your needs. We love her she is the best gp We have had.

Dr Marske is one of The best doctors I've ever had. She is straight forward and committed to her patients. The only negative is that it's hard to get an appointment.

Very Professional and attentive. I felt like a valued patient. Her concern was paramount compared to visits with other Doctors.
