Very unprofessional doctor. Office staff is cold and unfriendly.

The staff was very rude. No greeting and when I went to the window with a question they ignored me. I waited a 30 minutes in the lobby and another 30 minutes in the room. The nurse had no personality and the doctor still had on her purse when she did my exam. She didn't answer any of questions. I would have to make a second appointment for her to go over my concerns. This is my first pregnancy and she didn't answer any of my concerns. I went to her a few years ago and I decided to give her a second chance, because I was told she was a good baby doctor. However, the experience was the same.

Do not let her do a hysterectomy on you. She took me to near death. She was hours late to the hospital that day and gave multiple excuses. By colon was cut as well as my bladder, but of course Dr. Montgomery admits to no wrong doing. Don't waist your time going here. It's not worth your life.

Dr. Montgomery was very thorough with an excellent bedside manner. She made necessary referrals and got the ball rolling quickly . The staff was courteous and professional. Dr . Montgomery spent time with me to discuss my health concerns . I was comfortable with her and trust her judgement and recommendations .

The office staff is rude and incompetent. I hoping that Dr. Montgomery is unaware of how her staff constantly drops the ball. If she is aware...shame on her! Never in my life have I been given such the run around at a doctors office when trying to have a much needed medical procedure! Beware! !!

I gave this doctor a second chance after my visit from last year was so bad. I was not greeted when i walked in. When i went to the closed window to ask a question i was told to set down until she finished my chart. (was dismissed for i could open my mouth ) After setting in the lobby for 15 minutes, i had to wait an addition 30 minutes the room before I could see a doctor. The nurse was very militant with her questions and was not friendly at all. I felt like I was at a free clinic

Waited almost 2 hrs to see the doctor who's attitude was that I was waisting her time. Didn't want to answer any of my questions, or did so with much attitude. Front desk staff - I had to wait for them to finisha conversation about their personal lives to ask that I be notified within the hour if the doctor would not be available to do my exam. I was surprised on my first visit to not even the see the doctor after having been there all after noon.Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone.
