She is very thoughtful and takes her time. That's refreshing.

I had to see Dr. Moran due to my pcp wanting to see my child asap and her being unavailable and she was absolutely amazing, patient care was so welcoming and insightful, her whole team was amazing

Yesterday was my first time having an appointment with Dr Cynthia Moran. I liked her very much. Very personable, very thorough, very nice. What I didn't care for though is the fact that my appointment was at 10:40 a.m., and I was not seen by her until 11:40 a.m. absolutely no explanation for the delay, and really no apologies. I understand that things happen, but they should keep you updated as to what's going on. As a result of the delay, by the time I got out of my appointment, the person who was supposed to do my blood draw was at lunch and I was told I would have to wait another hour for her to return. So in turn, I had a nurse do the blood draw, who obviously doesn't do that on a regular basis, because she stuck the needle in and it hurt like I've never experienced before, I have a huge bruise today, and I finally told her after she got one vial of blood, to stop. Because it was extremely painful, she was moving the needle around everywhere. None of that would have happened to me,… had my appointment been on time, and I could have seen the actual person who does the blood draws. So that was very unfortunate all the way around. No complaints with Dr Moran herself, just wished someone would have apologized to me for the delay, and maybe explained it. And I also feel that the person doing the blood draws, should have had to wait until my blood was taken, before they went to lunch. Not my fault that I had to wait an extra hour for my appointment, when I had a scheduled time.

My appointment and visit to Dr. Cynthia Moran was easy. On my arrival, I was asked to seat and wait for someone to call me into the doctor's office, which they did. I went in and was served with the right procedures. My rating is 4.5 stars. I would have given 5 stars, but because my referral fax to my pain specialist was a little bit too long. This is because if the specialist office don't receive the referral on time, they will charge me for non-referral. It's considered late.
