My appointment went over the allotted time, likely making Dr.Sherman's day extra busy. I am so grateful for my time with her.

Dr. Sherman gave me more time which, I am sure caused her a little scheduling issue. I had a lot of questions. I wish ethe insurance companies would allow Drs to spend more time with patients when there is something critical going on. She gave me the time I needed and I thank her for that.

I have had 3 colonoscopies done by Dr. Cynthia Sherman. I think she is a very sharp gastroenterologist. She did detect a polyp on two occasions. Dr. Sherman was recommended to me by my longtime family physician about 7 years ago because of a family history of colon cancer. I felt Dr. Sherman did a thorough examination and caught the polyps before they may have become cancerous. As far as the scheduling of the appointments is concerned, I had no problems. One time I had to wait longer than anticipated for my procedure, but sometimes the patients ahead of you take longer than anticipated for their procedures. The most recent colonoscopy I had was right on time, almost to the minute. My only issue is that I would prefer to be consciously sedated as opposed to totally under during the procedure and since the protocol which was in place for my first procedure has been changed so that I was totally under for a few minutes during my last two colonoscopies.

Doesn't coordinate my care well, says something will be scheduled only for me to find out it hasn't!
