These sessions give you the leisure to unpack your emotions in the context of a solid therapeutic relationship that will help you to become your best self. During the current Covid situation, which requires in-person medical providers to wear masks, she sees all patients online via a secure telehealth platform. This way, you can see facial expressions.Dr. Spellman can provide both …psychotherapy and medication management if needed. She can help you customize your medication to your genetics if you wish. Because Dr. Spellman works for you and not for your insurance company, she does not accept any insurance but will give you an insurance form to submit yourself if you have out-of-network benefits.
