Dr. Cynthia L Taylor, MD

I love this doctor. She is kind, patient, and she really cares about her patients. She listens and even helps you find out where to locate forms and answer all the questions you might have. I absolutely love visiting her and her staff is wonderful. I highly recommend her. I don't know why she has so many bad reviews. I guess you can't please everyone all the time.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor for many years. The main issue I have is the wait to be seen by the doctor. On average I wait at least 45 minutes before they call me back, then I wait another 20-25 minutes for the doctor to come in. When my daughter was born they messed up her newborn screening test 3 times! I finally refused to have a 4th one done and immediately switch my daughter to a much better pediatrician. For myself, Dr. Taylor refused to acknowledge my chronic back problem. Told me I could try yoga and recommended I stop cleaning my house. Then gave me a referral for a chiropractor, which my insurance doesn't accept. She then had no other solutions for me. Her assistant doctor was very young, and uneducated. When I asked her to check a lump under my arm she was unable to tell me what it was and suggested I consult my OB. I am completely unsatisfied with this office. If you plan on going expect to spend most of your day there. On a positive note, the nurses are amazing, friendly,… and caring.

Very unprofessional office. Was double charged for one visit and the staff was rude and refused to answer faxed prescription requests. Be prepared to wait in gross office for up to 2 hours. Office manager left copay check in her car and her car was ripped off. They sent me to collections because of a 25 copay.

I am a current patient of Dr.Cynthia Taylor, I have diabetes and she takes great care of me . I am ffrequently following up, at her request and mine. I have never struggled to get a same day apointment . The wait is very long however she spent a full hour talking to me getting to know me . I loved it! To be honest every vist I have had I discuss more than one issue even when scheduled for a specific reason . I feel that when I go my problems are solved . Her staff is friendly , while I was being roomed the MA was wonderfull she chated with me ,she really made me feel welcome. I feel that I am in good hands I highly recommend her .

I was sadly informed before I went to this doctor that she was going to be easy to work with as I have a chronic illness now for three years and had a recent accident. Was that wrong and trust me I let the referral know the problems I had with her. Then I went and she wanted to give me drugs or said prayer would cure me for my chronic illness and ignored my accident. I tried twice to deal with her. Then she messed up my coding and I am being placed into collections when I have full insurance coverage. She only hires very young and inexperienced and lowly educated staff. So go elsewhere for real medicine and real service.
