I was a patient in this practice for over 20 years. Two years ago this dentist informed me that my front teeth were loose and I needed braces, costing many thousands of dollars and not covered by dental insurance. I went home worried and saved funds for braces for the following year. The first step was $400 dental impressions to get an invisaline computer generated plan. I paid this and the impressions were made. I was told after the fact that I was a poor candidate for Invisaline. So I asked that the $400 dental impressions be used to model a new bite splint so I could at least stabilize movement. I was told this was not possible and no refund or credit would be forthcoming. I have since been told by a competent dentist that my teeth are NOT loose. An orthodontist informed me I am an excellent candidate for Invisaline. Obviously I won’t be back.

This office is capable but they base their business on upselling crown work when it is not necessary! Was told I needed a crown and got a second opinion and it was just a filling. Saved myself 2 visits, 4+ hours and $1,000 out of pocket with insurance. Not recommended!!! treated like a revenue stream only...very very bad.

Terrible communication, insults anyone without "perfect" teeth which is generally the majority of the population and normal services take 2 times as long here.
