She is condescending and rude. Not a people person in the slightest it’s ironic she happens to be in a field that is about helping PEOPLE! I had contact dermatitis from wearing a watch/cheap jewelry and explained the associated signs and symptoms that would occur when wearing this items. She sarcastically responded: “ and when did you get your medical license or degree?“ To which I politely responded that I don’t need a medical license in order to know what is happening with my body. I’ve promptly went out and acquired a more competent doctor that actually listens. All I can say is thank you for the bad experience Dr. Cynthia Walters because it made search out someone more kind and compassionate. If you wanna be treated like a number and given the absolute minimum consideration, care or concern, then Dr. Walters is probably your cup of tea. Unprofessional! Ego maniac ??

I truly believe she is a good doctor, but needs to improve her bedside manner. She does not show any compassion or emotion. I think that is just how she is, for she does listen to my concerns and tries to give me the correct medication or refer me to a physician who can help.

Dr Walters is a very caring and through doctor. She covers all basis to make sureshe hasn't missed anything. I highly recommend her.

I believe she is a good doctor, but her bedside manner is not the greatest. She does not show any emotion and does not look you in the eye as a rule. I don't many doctors do care any longer though like they use to.
