Dr. Cynthia Justine Ward, DO

Dr. Ward is extremely knowledgeable about my condition but more than that, she takes time with me and never makes me feel rushed and seems to really care about what is going on with me. I have a friend who sees her too and she says the same thing also and agrees she is so amazing!

I was referred to by a close friend whom also sees Dr. Ward. I am extremely impressed with how caring her and her Nurse Vernna are!! I just absolutely love love love them so much. I have called a few times needing to try different medications for my Lupus and she has not hesitated one bit helping me out! Just a great and amazing crew! Thank you so so much!!

I was referred to Dr. Ward because I was having horrible migraines and wanted to explore botox injections as a treatment. At my first appointment Dr. Ward spent time examining me, addressing all questions, concerns and informing me of what to expect. She went over anything from insurance authorizations to the procedure and what would happen to my preventative migraine meds once the injections start to work. Since then - Dr. Ward accomplished all things to get the injections approved and she is my neurologist performing botox injections on me. I completely trust her competency and medical skill. She is also caring and makes me feel comfortable talking with her. I would and already have recommended her to friends and family. A+

I have been seeing Dr. Ward for over a year now for recurring headaches. She has prescribed several medications that do not affect my headaches and I cannot get in touch with anyone after appointments to let them know. If I do get in touch with someone I never hear back. Follow-up is LESS than poor. I needed to reschedule an appointment and was told the next available appointment was 6 months out - for an existing patient. I guess my headaches are the least of their worries. I will be looking for a neurologist that is interested in helping me!
