Dr. Cyril O Burke, MD

My mom was diagnosed w/early Alzheimer's, and based on the reviews, I contacted the office so she can get proper medication. I was told by Trista? Mrs. Cost? (I don't know she never said her name when I spoke to her) they don't accept new patients if they've seen another neurologist in the last 3 yrs. She said she would talk to the practice mgr, but couldn't promise anything. How absurd is that? The last neurologist my mom saw was in 2021 for something completely different. She didn't like him and didn't want to go back. Yet I was told by Trista?, Mrs. Costa? at Burke's office that the practice mgr said she has to continue seeing the previous dr. Again, hasn't see or gone back to that dr in three years. What is wrong w/people working in the medical field? How heartless can they be?

Dr. Burke is thorough, patient, and explains everything in such a calm manner and you never feel anxious with him. He has the best bed side manner. And his staff, Trista is a great advocate for the patients, top notch practice.

I saw him a few times after my car accident and he helped me get things back on track. I am now back to work and feeling great.

Dr. Burke has been taking care of my dad for a few years. My dad was in the service and the doctor will sometimes chat with him about his time in, which my dad appreciates.

My doctor had sone concerns about my vision. Dr. Burke ordered some tests and gave me great reassurance. I don't have to go back to him unless I need something, so I know he doesn't just want a copay from me. I'm so glad I saw him and he was able to put my mind at ease.

He's so helpful. He explained everything very well.

Dr. Burke is great. He asks a lot of questions to get to the bottom of what my particular problem is, then he really drills down to the root to help fix it. He knows his stuff. His secretary is friendly on the phone and in the office. She works hard to keep the appointments as close to on time as she can and when they're running behind she always offers apologies and to reschedule me to my convenience. I like coming to his office. I feel like I'm respected there.

Dr. Burke was so kind to me. He listened to my concerns and asked me questions about what I wanted for my care. he gave me different treatment options, instead of just giving me a pill or ordering a test. he did a really thorough exam. he answered my questions and reassured me. I am happy with my visit.

I started seeing Dr. Burke for one thing, but he found another! He started treating me for the new problem and now I'm already feeling better.
