Melvin is the MAN!!!

I reported to the office 9:00a Monday: I found a lump in my breast. I did not hear from this office until 5:00p Tues. after my sister called and threatened to report them. Dr. Melvin knew that I'd lost my OB-GYN doctor due to his retirement. He received my mammogram report just one month before I found the lump. It was fine. My insurance provider suggested I get an ultrasound to check this lump since I've already had my yearly mammo.I have made an appt. with a new OB doc. because I need to find out about this lump. I am over 60 and very worried and afraid.I have been Dr. Melvin's patient for many years. I feel that his staff needs an overhaul. The person answering the phone should follow up with the patient. That is NEVER done. They don't take one's health serious.

I have been a Patiet for a while and in the pass 2 to 4 year has been very bad The so call Dr. Melvin really needs to get his self togather. Less talkin with the tech that come in and more force on the Patiet how hard can that be. the waiting is of the hock Well the Staff some of them really do need help with there attude they can be nasty roll there eyes. Lets get this together Dr. Melvin really is a good dr. just to many other thing around him where he cant give his Patiets the full attention.

it is bad when you have a good doctor and the people at the desk don't do there job

the problem I have is that dr.melvin and his staff dont talk on the same page they do what they want . He need to get it together.
