If I was able to i would give negative stars. The staff is not on the same page. All tell you different things and do not know what they are talking about. Half the time they were trying to sell me on things. Felt like i was wheeling and dealing for my teeth. Appointments were never on time and always lasted ten times longer then was told. I had to get a crown replaced and i split the bill in half. One payment taken out right away the second a month later. and that my account information would be destroyed right after the second payment was taken out. FIVE MONTHS later I get a call saying they missed taking the money out due to their records and were just realizing they didnt not take the second payment out. They asked me to charge my card THE CARD that they said they would destroy the information. I was unable to call them back for about a week and half and they called me everyday as if I was never going to pay. I was the one that set up the two installments and it was not my… fault the office is unable look over their records but I do not need to be harassed for their screw up. Horrible!
