My first visit with Dr. Wong wasn't very good. He came in and out of the room so fast I didn't get a chance to ask very many questions. But on my second visit, he understood that I needed some more time so his PA [...] was wonderful and then he came in afterwards and he was wonderful. He explained everything to me.

I felt like because I wasn't a surgical patient they shoved me out of there, and didn't take my pain seriously. And asked me questions that should have been ready in my chart. Like they didn't bother looking in my chart prior to the visit.
