SEVERELY MEDICALLY INJURED BY THIS PROVIDER. Beware of this nurse practitioner. She is not well prepared and dangerous. I had several consults with her for small fiber neuropathy. I have autoimmune disease and long covid. She ordered lab work which according to Quest was not medically necessary and I got a 6k bill. She also insisted I get an MRI with contrast for my eyes although I told her I had several scans and MRI's in the past year AND I had been cleared by a neuro-ophthalmologist who advised I did not need further testing. I told her I was apprehensive given my history of frequent scans but she insisted it was safe. She said the neurology specialist would not see me without the scan. I consequently had a severe reaction and I now have a whole new disease process- gadolinium deposition disease- due to her negligence. I have approximately 25 new symptoms from the scan. My quality of life has been significantly affected as well as my family relationships. I have verified gadolinium… toxicity through testing. And the most ironic thing is that when I saw the neurologist in her same office after the scan, he stated the lab marker that was slightly raised which prompted her to order the scan is always slightly high in all autoimmune disease patients. My new disease process has a high mortality rate. This woman changed the trajectory of my life and it will have adverse repercussions on my child and family. STAY AWAY if you do not want to get hurt. Your life may depend on it.
