The front desk and office staff at this clinic is the worst I have ever encountered. They are arrogant and condescending and will cancel your appointment if they cannot contact you to confirm. Dr Ferrill is a fantastic dentist but needs to fire the man with his nose stuck up in the air that works at the front and Elizabeth. HORRID PEOPLE!!

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I highly believe they are committing insurance fraud because they told us our insurance paid for one kid but not the other two. Then when I ask if they'd find out what happened or refile they said they could not do that because the claim was paid? Then when my husband asked them to explain they were extremely rude. Nope, there's too many dentists on the gulf coast to deal with rude and incompetent thieves.

Never a bad visit, never in pain from any dental procedure with Dr. Ferrill, never dissatisfied with anything from the time I sign in until I leave...ALWAYS grateful that she’s my dentist!
