Dr. Daisy Williams, DO

The first question that she asked at our appointment was, "How's it going with the dose of meds that you're taking?" Really? She recommended that our boy stop the meds during the summer and begin again when the school years started. She doesn't remember anything discussed during the last visit. I can't believe we waste our time to sit waiting for an appointment 20 minutes because patients must be there 20 minutes early or reschedule! Then, she'll spend 10 minutes with you and it's a full appointment! Schedule the appointment at 1 if you're going to see the patient at 1:20! Don't tell the patient 1:20 and create a stir if the patient isn't there 20 minutes early! When you write 1:20 on my appointment card, I'm thinking 1:20 and that's what I show the school and my employer. Going out of town to see Dr. Williams is the only way to get a prescription! Plus, she won't schedule appointments after school or any other day but Friday! Try getting through the city on a Friday afternoon! It… does get us to the Broad Street Market area and Harrisburg is a great city to visit. The office staff and nurses are wonderful! The doctor is very nice.

I liked Dr Williams. She really helped me with my bipolar problems. She was courteous and knows her medicines for bipolar well. I felt comfortable with her for my Dr.

Dr. Williams was so rude and ignorant to me. She never greeted me, and had no interest in what I was sharing with her. When I told her my quality of life was not where I wanted it to be, she responded, "You're not dying." Little did she know, after my appointment that day, I was attending a very dear friends viewing, a fellow classmate. My co-pay was $90.00, and I wasn't even in her office for 15 minutes. I will never return to her . She left a very profound (negative) impact on me. She may want to rethink her verbage to fellow clients. I was feeling depressed when I went to see her, and after I left, my feelings were elevated 100%. It is a shame, professionals, as she supposedly is, can make you feel so worthless.

Deliberately triggers my eating disorder by making false claims about insurance. Indifferent to scheduling problems and urgent appointment needs. Unprofessional and condescending attitude when discussing relationships. Perhaps worst of all, she either does not keep records or does not reference them, for example, I have to re-explain a non-psych medical condition I have at every visit- to a doctor!
