My experience with this doctor and the office as a whole was extremely disappointing. The doctor came across as dismissive and uninterested in my concerns. He did not take the time to review my medical history, and when I asked questions, he either avoided answering them or gave very minimal responses. It felt as though he was more focused on moving quickly through the procedure than on providing thoughtful care. Other people in his office were complaining about him, too. He had no awareness of my history coded me as having a diagnostic procedure but never bothered to look at anything, seemed to have no idea what was going on and did not care one bit. Arrogant, and money motivated. The practice itself was also disorganized. Much of the work seemed to be outsourced, and communication between staff members was inconsistent and confusing. Getting clear information or timely responses was difficult, and the overall environment felt chaotic rather than supportive. I left feeling unheard… and unsupported, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for attentive, patient-centered care.

Very knowledgeable. Takes time to listen to my issues. Has helped with my constipation. He recommended a medicine for my acid reflux however it conflicted with my heart medicine. Otherwise I would definitely recommend. .

Dr Patel and staff provide excellent service he has been my Dr about 6 years now he's very patient explains your condition were you can fully understand he doesn't rush your time with him he comes up with plan and solution just designed for you he cares about his patients you don't find that a lot I live about hour and halt away but it's worth the ride my medical health is very important to me so it's important that I have the best, he also works as a team with the rest of my doctors his staff is friendly and office very clean I highly recommend him epically if your having some serious condition you won't be sorry

This was my first time having a procedure by Dr Patel his bedside manner was amazing and put my fear at ease.

Dr Patel is the best! He found what was wrong and explained to me in detail what I need to do to next. I will follow his advise and I will recommend him to all my family, friends, co-workers and neighbors, if they have any GI issues.

I recently had a colonoscopy at Saint Francis Hospital and while Dr. Patel's seemed competent their Administration office along with the administration office at St Francis Hospital completely misled me about pricing. I was stuck paying almost $1,800 out of pocket and only learning about this the day of the procedure when my insurance company confirmed that this preventitive procedure was 100% covered. The St. Francis administration office is not allowed to discuss pricing over the phone, which makes no sense, therefore be warned that pricing will change the day of your surgery or procedure and you will have nothing to say about it because if you cancel the procedure your insurance company has already advanced Monies to the doctor in advance which will not be refunded either way so you're pretty much screwed all around, good luck.

This is my second procedure with Dr. Patel. He is great, I would recommend him to everybody.

I don't usually go to male doctors but Dr Patel is very good!
