Dr Jain is excellent doctor. she understands the problem very well and prescribe the medicince.

I am really disappointed with dr Jain my her service and staff are lazy and just sound like they don't care . Shea was my daughters pediatrician 23 yr ago and since then her services have really gone down the drain . Would never recommend her to anyone truly doesn't care about her patients !

She makes me feel very comfortable for her to care for my children

I've been taking my children with her for many years. Her friendlyness is fake. You can tell, but as long as you don't question her about other things, she'll get mad. A few times I mentioned that my daughter has allergies and I asked her about taking her an allergy test. She refused to do it and then when I insisted she said, "I'm the Doctor! I know what i'm talking about!." Yelling at me as if I were a small child in trouble. Each time I would question her about anything else, she gets rude! So watch out. Don't question the "Doctor". Doctors make mistakes too lady, they aren't always right!

Dr. Jain has been my children's pediatrician for twenty years now. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I have recommended her to all the family, and they have all loved her. Due to changes in insurance I once had to use a different pediatrician, bad experience. Nobody compares to my Dr. Jain! I wouldn't change her for the world. She always nows exactly what is wrong with my kids. Once I had to pay out of my pocket and I had no problem getting reimbursed when insurance cleared. She is not money hungry, she is very dedicated to her patients, I always get appointments when needed and I never have to wait long to be seen. I would recommend her to anybody, and hopefully when my grandchildren come she is still around!!!!!!!!! Best pediatrician ever!!!!!!

I have been taking my three children to Dr. Jain for last 10 years. She has been very caring and friendly. Once, I had new insurance and my employer did not submit paperwork in time for my new insurance. I paid cash for the visit. Then when the new insurance paid for the claim, Dr. Jain staff called me for the refund of my cash.

My insurance company pays 100% for well baby exams/vaccinations. I should have stuck to that, but unfortunately, got sucked in when I was told by the front desk that I infact, am still responsible for a $20 copay for each of my babies. $40 for each visit and to up to this point, $360 total for all visits. We changed pediatricians not because of this (we weren't aware we were being robbed at this point), but because we were unhappy with the level of care, or lack thereof. When we took my babies to the new pediatrician, it was like night and day. The front office staff confirmed that there is NO copay since they were there for a wellness visit. I should have known Dr. Jain's office was charging us when they shouldn't have been. Also, according to Dr. Jain's office, my son's blood test results came out normal. When records were transferred to the other pediatrician, he called me immediately to tell me they WERE NOT. Extemely important to notify me of any abnormalities with my… children, correct??? All is well now that he is under the care for this new physician. Later on, I confirmed with my insurance company and they told me I should be reimbursed for those visits. I tried to contact the biller, Sudhir Kapadia, who happens to be Dr. Jain's husband, and he would not call me back. A week goes by and finally I get in touch with him and refuses to reimburse us, told me I was "wasting his time and there is nothing that will come of this." Dr. Jain even called me back at a later time and sort of laughed it off and said "her biller" spoke with my insurance company and everything was billed correctly. Of course it was- my insurance company was not aware I was paying a copay every time when I shouldn't be. 3 weeks later, my insurance company called them on my behalf, expained to them and finally they agreed to reimburse me. Turns out, they were putting down false diagnosis codes when submitting to my insurance company. So along with wellness visits, they would sneak in codes that were indicative of "respiratory infections", "FTT", "dietary counseling", etc., when they were never even discussed during the visit. And they told my insurance company they never charged a copay. Well, I already had all of my receipts/invoices printed out as proof that I did pay. They refused to pay some of it, as they claim these wellness visits were also "sick visits" when they weren't. But some that they just coded as wellness visits, will be reimbursed. We will see if I do receive reimbursement, but please... if any of you are considering taking your children to Dr. Jain, I urge you to look elsewhere, as there are many other doctors in the area who will not falsify records and charge you when they shouldn't- just so they can make a little extra cash here and there. And who will also read test results correctly and notify you so you can take the proper steps to get treatment for your children.

I DISLIKED THAT THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IS VERY DIRTY AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY OUT OF DATE. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE THERMOMETER IS NOT WORKING AND THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS LIED TO ME ABOUT MY KIDS TEMPERATURES. HOW UNETHICAL OF HER TO DO SO. THE BED LINERS LOOKED USED WHEN I WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND WHEN MY KIDS GOT THEIR SHOTS THEY DIDN'T GIVE THEM BANDAGES. I SWITCHED MY DOCTOR AS SOON AS I LEFT.

I switched to Dr. Jain after having to wait for two hours at my babys other doctor, for a scheduled apt for routine shots. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in her waiting room. Dr. Jain is very friendly, is good with my baby girl, and very informative. I would highly recommend!!!

She is a great doctor and easy to talk to but at times the wait could between 20-40 mins; otherwise she is great!
