Dr. Dalai Zhou, MD

I will not come to this doctor again. Staff are not friendly- I know it can get busy at the front desk but they are so rude and unhelpful. I have no doubt on Dr.Zhou's ability to diagnose,however, she does not want to give a well explanation to patient and even answered back with a nasty attitude (I no have medical background and she might expect patients have the same knowledge as she does). I could hear her yelling at an elderly patient in the waiting room when she had a different point of view on her diagnosis. She does not have the right mind set to be a doctor. Needs to focus on her ethics and attitude more. I'm usually not anyone who likes to write reviews but I just had to this time and get the words out there. I'm very disappointed at Dr.Zhou and does not feel comfortable seeking medical help from her anymore.

All I have to say is that during my visit to her for the purpose of reviewing my blood work results, I asked her what b12 was and she said verbatim, " I don't know.. Go Google it." Go back to med school and take some courses in professionalism, you and your staff.

Wow, read the rest of the reviews posted and wondering if we are talking about the same doctor. Yes, the staff are not the most friendliest but courteous enough. And yes the wait time needs to be improved upon, usually over 30 - 40 minutes wait after the appointment time but I think she is worth the wait. Easy to get to her office, they are open on Saturdays. Nice waiting room. The staff tends to overbook but most doctors' office do these days. She is very professional, very prompt in follow up with test results, usually ask to return to review test result in a week. She is honest and straight forward in manner and speech. If you know what you need and speak up with the staff and the doctor, you should not have any issues.

She doesn't want to listen to you. She always critisizes you didn't answer her question and you didn't listen to her and understand her. I don't want to say much. If you want to test reviews other people put here, you can try this doctor. Just prepare to be dispointed.

After finally deciding to leave my prediatrician, the first doctor i came across is "Dr." Dalai Zhou. As a considerate, appreciative and personable 20 year old individual, i came in with high hopes from the lovely and clean office presentation, only to be deeply disappointed with the staff and ESPECIALLY Zhou. I visited her twice, thinking that giving her the benefit of the doubt to her and her employees will do some good, it did NOT. Not only were the rude and disrespectful, they are unprofessional and judgemental. Like every doctors visit, generic questions are asked. So when the subject of alcohol came in, i honestly responded by saying i did have some. Her response? " OH. WELL I DONT WANNA KNOW THAT!" Well EXCSUE ME um "DOCTOR" is it not your job to be aware what may be affecting your PATIENTS body? In addition, she gave me a very judgemental glare. And during both visit, i wasnt treated with reciprocated respect, in fact i was be taunted at by both her and her receptionist.… Lastly, ive been getting multiple calls to "pay my bill" in the most disrepsectful manner, only to find out that my bill was not even due yet. Conluding, as a 20 year old, to find these so-called "professionals" rude and disrespectful, what does that say about youre practice? YOU ARE A COMPLETE SHAME. I feel sorry for all the elderly that visit you. They deserve all the love, compassion, respect and honestly for a doctor. YOU, DR. ZHOU, CAN NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. You do not deserve to be a doctor. This is the worst experience, and worst type of individuals i ever had the opporutnity to encounter. Do yourself a favor, do NOT visit this unprofessional physician.
