Dr. Bixby has a virtually flawless memory for details of his patients' records, even if they go back decades. When you combine that with an ability to listen attentively, to make you feel as though you are the only patient he has and to follow up (even on the smallest details), you know you have found a very special hematologist.

Dr Bixby and Heather Fox, pa are incredible and caring and I am so blessed that they are my health care givers. They have given me the hope and strength to fight my leukemia, I will forever be grateful to them.

Dr. Bixby and P.A. Heather Fox are fantastic and I am blessed that they are in charge of my Cancer Treatment. In 2010 I was Diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and by the Grace Of God I was referred to U Of M and Dr. Bixby. I have had clear scans since my first scan and I truly believe that God has used Dr. Bixby to accomplish God's plan of healing for me. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bixby, P.A. Heather Fox, and U of M Cancer Center they have been fantastic.

Dr. Bixby: I have the utmost respect for you and your most capable staff. My daughter is still a patient with you and I know if she didn't see you when she did she probably would not have lived to raise her son.You and your nurses always answered my calls and my concerns when I called. When Michelle was so scared your staff took the means to make everything as easy and comfortable for her. As a mother who lives in another state I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart for you concern and care for the rare disease she has and to give her life. Thank you very much.

Dr. Bixby and his team are outstanding.He explained everything every time I saw him. He left out nothing and answered all of my questions. He and his team saved my life and I will forever be grateful to them.
