Dr. Dale Jordan Bradley, DO

Highly Effective and Genuinely Caring I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley for many years. He is the ONLY physician that has worked until he got to the root of the problem and got results! He never gives up, and he's seriously intelligent. I so appreciate that he truly listens to his patients, he does not rush, he adapts treatment based on bloodwork AND patient reported symptoms. He is fierce in his pursuit of health for his patients. He genuinely has a gift for healing, and deeply cares about his patients and their families. The office staff have improved in answering voicemails and requests, Nichole at the front desk and Nurse Krista are especially helpful, regardless of the office experience Dr. Bradley is worth the wait! I love Dr. Bradley, he’s a caring, intelligent doctor. But we’ve had all kinds of problems with getting prescriptions and phone calls returned. You have to keep repeatedly calling until you get a live voice. Right now I’m very sick with it possibly going into pneumonia and can’t get them to call in any antibiotics. They have a new doctor who took over the PA Mindy’s place. It’s this doctor’s policy to NOT call in antibiotics. They want to see me. Why? So they can see the symptoms I have already explained to them. I’m 62 years old and this is the first doctor I’ve ever had that wants me to drive over an hour and get others sick. Dr. Bradley won’t be in for two days. I know my body. I have always been able to describe my symptoms, get antibiotics and get well. My husbands working so I can’t get over there anyway. Yet, none of this matters to that new doctor. Dr. Bradley has made a mistake in bringing in this doctor! I will never see them. It’s such a shame too. With all… the other problems there, I was putting up for the sake of seeing Dr. Bradley, and he hires this mistake. I am beyond frustrated. I’d give just Dr. Bradley 5 stars. Unfortunately it’s the rest that pulls the rating down. I’d still recommend him, but anyone new would have to decide if the other problems are worth it. The girl answering front desk is kind. Looks like I need two doctors offices to cover my health. Isn’t that ridiculous? But, Dr. Bradley is just that good!

After all the mistakes, lack of communication, errors in sending out lab work and phone calls not being answered l have moved my business to another doctors office. I feel you should know I am not alone in the frustration with your office.

The last several times I have had to see a PA and have not been very happy with their care. It's almost impossible to get refills as they say it takes 3 days to process, that's when and if you actually get to speak to anyone. phone calls may be returned and it may be several days. I like Dr. bradley himself but the downsides are starting to outway the good.

Dr Bradley is the best doctor ever. He continuously researches. I have recommended so many people to him and they love him. They are amazed at the difference he makes in their health issues. You will never find a better doctor. There is some waiting involved, but worth the wait, he saves life's. I went to specialist about issues, they didn't help Dr Bradley did. I can't say enough good about this wonderful doctor.

The Best Dr I've Ever had and I'm 72. His staff Sucks. Prescription refill nurse keeps ordering med's that I can't take and it cost me money because I have home delivery, currently over $100.00. Complained to Office manager he made excuses. Can't get an appointment for weeks even for a pain. The Lab nurse has NO patients with anyone and I will Not let her draw blood from me, my family and especially a child. All medical results of a visit or lab's will be posted to the "YourHealthfile.com" EVENTUALLY. GREAT, GREAT Dr. but go somewhere else for lab's or scan's and bring the results with you for the appointment follow up.

This doctor is a scam! He did 50 different blood tests on me and said I would only owe my co-pay from the Lab. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars for tests I did not need.

Blood work is done in advance of every regular checkup, and supplements are recommended and prescriptions given if needed. He will refer you to a specialist if test results warrant it. I hadn’t been to any doctor in years before going to him. I'm so glad that a friend spoke well of him and that I decided to try Dr. Bradley.

Dr. Bradley was my doctor of choice, he was my doctor. After trying to make an appointment for several months and them not returning my calls, I went to their office to see where the problem was. Made an appointment to see the doctor but forgot to address a question I had regarding my annual mammogram and a bone density test. I needed a prescription. Called back and was told that the nurse would call me back. The nurse would not let me have a word in edgewise and I finally asked her to have Dr. Bradley call me back. Waited two weeks for Dr. Bradley to call me. After not receiving a call I decided to write Dr. Bradley a letter to let him know about the communication problems and to let him know why I would no longer be his patient. A week and a half later, I get a call from his nurse saying she was calling on his behalf. If this doctor does not have the courtesy to call his patients back, especially after getting a personal letter regarding communication problems with his staff,… I certainly do NOT want to be his patient.

The doctor seemed very nice, knowledgeable and personable on the first visit. It was impossible for months to get lab results, necessary prescriptions, etc. The staff is unorganized and ineffective. Billing was so high even insurance company is investigating. Something weird going on. I would not recommend this doctor or staff to anyone.
