Horrible horrible horrible service from Flor in the front office!!!!@!! I was out of town and needed a refill of medication that I am not supposed to stop taking. I informed Flor that I needed her to ask the doctor to refill my medication, she said she would call back, after five hours I called back and she said oh I'm so sorry we have been so busy, which is fine but she still hadn't checked with the DR. So she then said Ill check and call you back, I said no can I just please hold as I didn't want to wait for another 5 hours. She then started to get an attitude and said fine......she then came back on the line and said the DR. said no she still had a haha attitude and I hung up. I was more upset that I could have spent my day going to urgent care to get the necessary prescription than I was with her attitude. The next day I spent an entire afternoon with another Dr. and was thankfully able to get my medication. Today I get a call from the office and they Hi Mr. Harrison the Dr.… Ekstrum has approved your refill and you can go pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice. I said ok thank you and hung up. Flor lied to me, she never even spoke with the Dr. and just wanted to get me off the phone. This is not good, not good at all. Please be wary of this office if Flor is helping you, she obviously thinks it is ok to play with my life as the medication I am prescribed is very important. Dr. Ekstrum you have my number, If you can call me and let me know how you have handled the situation, I will kindly remove this review, until then buyer beware.

This medical office is WONDERFUL! I give it my highest recommendation. The office staff is professional and caring, and Dr. Ekstrum is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely interested in giving the best care possible. He provided care above and beyond the standard that I have received elsewhere. I also like that I can walk in without having an appointment. Excellent experience!

This doctor is/was treating my elderly mother for a problem and symptoms that he is not qualified to diagnose. (that is, when you actually get to see him.... it's usually his assistants that you see, and not him at all) Instead of referring her to a specialist, he just keeps telling her that she is fine, and to come back if she isn't feeling better.... even though the pain and symptoms have been going on for weeks. I hope he has good malpractice insurance, because he is going to need it.
