Dr. Dale A. Funk

Was told at my pre-op appointment that he changed his mind about surgery due to me having "too much scar tissue", given a knee brace that was nearly my full leg told to wear it anytime I was gonna be on my feet longer than 10min and told I would be fine as long as I got a job where I sat the rest of my life. I honestly was dumbfounded and thought I had misheard him or misunderstood, if it wasnt for my husband being there too I wouldn't have believed it. After multiple appointments that I had to pay a big copay for since he was a specialty doc, so literally hundreds of dollars out of pocket to be man-splained to.

Caring, gentle kind takes time with you

This doctor will not help you if you have ongoing problems after his surgery I am injured and still can barely walk and they didn't listen to me about my issues they just acted as if I was lying and trying to stay out of work I am a hardworking person and if I say I'm having trouble I am but they seemed to throw me to the wolfs and out the door as soon as I started having issues after my surgery ... I wouldn't spit on this doctor if he was on fire for his negligence in patient care please I beg you find another doctor!!!! Find a doctor that actually listens

He knows what he is doing and does it well. He operated on my ankle which I had broken. It is doing well 3 years later. He has a sense of humor which makes the situation more bearable when you are hurting like heck!

No bedside manner. It's a good thing he has a caring PA.

Terrible doctor. I went in with a broken arm, and almost didn't leave the man really doesn't care what happens to you. All he wants is his paycheck.

Dr Funk has a tendency to preform surgery and then walk away. Limited if any hospital visit with you after surgery. If something goes wrong you will need another Dr to fix his mess! He has no concern or concern or compassion after the surgery, he is simply there for the money generated by the surgery then you are on your own. This attitude and lack of care is unacceptable!

Dr. Funk and ALL is staff are wonderful and very helpful. With Dr. Funk being such a highly regarded doctor, I had expected to have some wait time in the examination room. He was very kind and courteous to my daughter, undersanding that as a child she would be apprehensive on receiving care for her hurt leg. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Funk did my two sholder a year a put the about two are three year later he did my leg.I have not had touble sent i got them done. I think he is the best.I think the staff there is very nice and careing.the one to help you get back to where u need to be is great. If you need a doc for oahopaedie surgeon he is the bast and great.he willtill you what have to be done and how long it will take to get batter.so like i said it you need adoc like him go see him.
