Dr. Dale Joseph Guillory, MD

I had bilateral(both) arm brachial surgery on ,after weight loss. I did have an enormous amount of skin that needed to be removed. I chose Dr due to his ratings! BIG mistake. The surgery day after waking up ( picture both arms with incisions from the underarm to just past the elbow) I was sent home with no dressing, just a tiny tape over the surgical wounds and ace wraps. They do make surgical dressing, but I guess he is too cheap to utilize appropriate dressing. By the end of the first day I had soaked the ace wrapt and the tape had come off of the surgical sites. My husband went out bought T.a.o. gauze and gauze wraps to cover my new surgical incisions. By Monday 3 days post op my left arm had dehisced and was gapping open. Tuesday a.m. I went to the office his nurse put T.a.o on it and gauze and he said we will get you through this and sent me on my way. By day 5 post operative I had a raging infection in both arms. Called the office and sent pictures to the… receptionist phone and antibiotic was called in. I took all of that, and 13 days post operative went for follow up appointment, where they removed some(not all) of the sutures. And again applied neosporin to the now 2 wounds and gauze. I am currently on so 1month and 5 days post operative! My Doctor is now giving me antibiotics to take for 10 days, prescription ointment and is worried about MRSA and lymphatic injury from surgery. Also stated he should have done plastic surgery sutures, and that he did a horrible job! Which I agree with.

He is rude and unprofessional . Did I mention rude?! The staff doesn't what they are doing either and just plain rude.

He deleted my bad review on a different site. Overpriced for less than mediocre results, rude as they come.

Dale is an amazing doctor. He did my breast aug and I'll never go to anyone else for my face fillers and lips. Hes a perfectionist.

Dr Guillory and his staff are just wonderful. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

He did a excellent job I have people who never guess I had work done. Other physicians ask who performed my procedure because they did a exceptional job you can't tell.

Dr. Guillory is awesome. He is laid back and relaxed. Not the typically uptight, stuffy kind of Dr. He made me feel comfortable from the get go and his work, amazing. I can not wait to go back and have one more small procedure done. Then, I am botox and filler for life yall.

I am so happy I decided to have my tummy tuck done. I was a little scared with the thought of surgery and 2 kids but after I talked with Dr. Guillory I felt ready. Love my results. Never have to wait to see him which I love.

Office Manager was VERY Rude.....Argued with Me on My Insurance, that I've had for 40 Years.....Dr, . Was Great....Needs Trained Office Mgr That Does Her Job!....Did I say Rude!

Dr. Guillory rocks! I didn't even know we had a plastic surgeon here in Cookeville until a friend told me about him. I had 2 surgeries done by him and I am beyond excited about my results! Thank you so much Dr. Guillory.
