Dr. Dale Petrusha, DDS

I was really sorry to leave Dr. Petrusha, I liked him a lot, and really liked his hygienist, Cindy. I had been Dr. Petrusha's patient for many years, when he first started his practice in a house on Joy road! He is a very caring, kind and able dentist. Unfortunately, a few years ago when the economy was really bad, I needed a crown and could not pay for it all at once. His office assistant took me into a room to discuss filling vs crown and I felt really strong armed. I asked if I could make payments and she said she would ask him, and although she went away for a while and came back saying he said "no", I'm not so sure. I had great insurance and had always paid my bills, had a good job but things were difficult for me at the time. I got the filling (which kept falling out) and when I owed $158.00 and was about to pay it off since I couldn't make payments, they sent me to a collection agency! I really liked the dentist and sent him quite a few friends over the years. There is… a lot of work I would like to have done by him, it is really a shame. I loved this dentist, not so much the office staff. I would give him all 5's if it were not for this incident.
