My husband has many medical issues and we spent years finding a doctor that would take the time to deal with his many problems. Dr. Rutledge always gives my husband the time and attention he needs, we never feel rushed. In addition his staff knows my husband by name and will always take my phone calls and questions. I thank Dr. Rutledge for caring about my husband and his many problems. Sometimes we do have a wait to get in but, I know he is giving other patients the time they need and when it is our turn he will give us the attention we need.

Dr Rutledge is more concerned about his bottom dollar than really looking out for the best interest of his patients. My mom needed help and had complex medical conditions. He just wanted us to keep bringing her in for appointments, bill the insurance and us, and had no helpful solutions. When a friend suggested home health and hospice he refused to authorize it. She didn't get the help that she needed and help that I later found out that she was entitled to. I would recommend you stay away.
