After reading previous reviews and meeting Dr. Spencer, I was convinced this office would be the best place for treatment. However, after my session of extractions and dentures, I have first hand experience with the Hickory Office. First, I was not offered anything suggestions or otherwise to calm myself before the multi hours procedure. I needed that visit to go slowly and smoothly and Dr. Spencer took his time and I very much appreciated. The only downside was the assistant who kept using my chin as a joystick. Lastly, I did not receive after care instructions. Any instructions that was given vocally has been erased as quickly as the Novocaine wore off. I had to "Google" for this information.

There could not be a better dentist anywhere although is a bit expensive. You get what you pay for!

I have been coming to Dr. Spencer for a very long time and I trust him with all my dental needs. He is great!

One of the best, if not THE best, service finds that we ever had when we moved to this area. The degree of professionalism, and the joy of just coming here, makes a trip to the dentist a great thing, rather than the stereotypical dread. I think it's really true that the older you get, the more experience you have in this area.
