Dr Swims is the best doctor in the city. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him. He takes the time to listen and clearly explain what he believes is going on with me. Responsive to questions send in the applying. I will not even consider another doctor.

I am shocked that there are negative reviews for Dr. Swims but then realized they must all be from the same person. Dr. Swims has been my doctor for many years. He treats my husband and daughter as well. He has always been he most caring and thorough. He will advocate for his patients to get tests approved that insurance companies sometimes not feel are necessary. He is caring and listens. If he is such a bad doctor as some say, why do you have to wait months to see him? It's because everyone wants to be treated by him. I really love the care I have received from Dr. Swims and am happy he is my family's doctor.

Negligent, missed all the signs of illnesses. Watched my mother decline and wither away . There are 1000’s of better doctors who work at better hospitals that will give you better care so why would you choose this guy?? For your own or your loved ones best healthcare....please look elsewhere!!!

Dr. Dale Swims is not a thorough nor detailed Physician which is very alarming when you are supposed to trust him for your health. After 3 weeks of calls and voicemails, I have yet to receive any of my results from tests he ordered. No calls, no emails, no notes under my patient record. Not acceptable. Not a recommended doctor or hospital.

Dr. Dale Swims is an incredibly unprofessional and negligent doctor. His inability take proper notes, to consult past medical records, to listen to my serious documented health concerns, resulted in my misdiagnosis and mistreatment. I now am under the proper care of a new PCP at a different hospital and unfortunately have had to file an official complaint against Dr. Dale Swims with the Illinois Department of Health and Department of Professional Regulation. I could not in good faith recommend Dr. Swim's care to friends or family.
