My husband went to Dr. to have tooth extracted. He was very skittish and Dr. and his staff put him at ease and the procedure went very smoothly. Our insurance information was spot on. One week later I broke a tooth off and it needed an extraction also. Dr. Willoughby was able to get me in very quickly. I had my took taken out yesterday. No pain what so ever. I would highly recommend Dr. and his staff. Bery courteous and they made me feel very relaxed during the procedure.

Lied to me said that he does not do anything with extractions and could not take me case

My son had his wisdom teeth removed--Dr. Willoughby did an excellent job. About 8 months later I received a bill from Midwest Anesthesia for the full amount of $2200 even though I have insurance and need only pay 20%---called insurance they said wrong codes were sent in---called Dr. Willoughby's staff was told it would be taken care of--next month bill for full amount again---called Midwest Anesthesia this time and told they had never received anything from Dr. Willoughby's staff and could I please call them and ask them to send the notes because they were done trying---called his staff 5 different times and was told it would be taken care of ever time--which it never was---so in the end I got to pay $2200 instead of $440 lucky me. My other son then needed his wisdom teeth out so he went to a Dr. in Racine and no problems--so to sum it up Dr. yes staff no

The entire office at Dale Willoughby are amazing. They are so genuine. Dr. Willoughby is gentle and so nice. Provides the best care for extractions. Thank you !!!!

I recently had Dr.willoughby remove an abscessed wisdom tooth. He was extremely patient with me before and during the surgery. He explained the procedure upfront and what to expect. I was very nervous and he put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. He was very gentle and took his time making sure my mouth was numb and I was comfortable before he started the extraction. He even kept my wife updated on the procedure. I was completely satisfied with the care and professionalism provided by dr willoughby and hopefully I will never need another tooth pulled, but if it ever arises again, dr willoughby will be the only dentist I will go to from now on. Trust me, he's worth going to.
