Dr. Dali Chen is an absolutely fabulous doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable which gives a secure feeling. He is also very compassionate in his approach to difficult situations.

I was very satisfied with the doctor.

The one reason I travel for my appointments is because of Dr. Chen and the care he provides.

Dr Chin is what I wish all dr's were like. He explains everything and why. Great disposition. I always feel confident that he cares about my condition and how it affects me.

I like Dr. Chen very much and trust his judgment. His orders are so well thought out and constructed; they're like a work of art.

I have been seeing Dr Chen since 2003 for type 2 diabetis. He is an excellent doctor and a nice man. I think it is very hard to find a good doctor these days. I feel fortunate to be his patient.

No complaints about Dr Chen, it's about poor support staff. For years they have ignored fax requests from multiple pharmacies for prescriptions. It takes weeks to get a prescription renewal and after emails and phone calls. There is a major problem in this office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was really pleased with the appointment I had with Dr. Chen, He was very well prepared after having taken the time to look at my past laboratory results (as posted by other Franciscan doctors). He spent most of an hour with me--asking questions about my past health history and discussing whether I likely had any endocrine-related issues. He also ordered several tests for me to take to make sure there are no concerns that might otherwise be missed. It was definitely a very positive experience.

come early everytime, makes no difference still have to wait a long time. not the most personable doc. staff is mostly okay.
