Dr. Dalia Sobrevilla Mccoy, MD

Dr. McCoy has been my primary care physician for over five years. She is an excellent diagnostician. Her office team functions efficiently and effectively. She really cares about her clients. She has a solid gold 5-star rating.

Dr. McCoy never even got my first name before unleashing on me that she disagreed with medication I was on. She had no idea of my name, my condition or anything about me since it was my first visit. She looked at my medications and started yelling because I should have no pain medications never inquiring what disease I had. She then told me how I feel while taking certain medications. To make matters worse she asks 'are you here for an annual exam or because of a problem because im not doing both'. I know the Cleveland Clinic can be a hard place to work but really doctor, find a job you like and learn to treat patients and not the medications they are on.

I have been going to this doctor for years and dealing with her arrogance and non-listening skills just to get referrals. Last straw today. She is not worth it with all that padding of the insurance charges and unnecessary tests. All that fake personality still does not hide her arrogant attitude and lack of sincerity for patients.

Never again. I don't like fake and arrogant people.

Dr. McCoy has been my physician for 18 years and she is GOLD. I will miss her when I move to TN this year

One word: Aloof. Will not listen to MY concerns. An her assistant is cut from the same brick. This is famous Cleveland Clinic?

I sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time. The assistant Marta was completely nasty and unfriendly the entire time. I waited another 20 minutes in the exam room before being seen. When Dr. McCoy finally arrived she would not listen to my concerns about my pain since it was an annual physical and I would have to make a separate appointment. She was more interested in telling irrelevant stories and making fake comments on my outfit instead of attending to my medical needs. After my lab results were received I never received a call notifying me that my vitamin d was in the single digits. I found out on my own. I do not recommend this physician to anyone. Don't waste your time going to Cleveland Clinic or the Krupa Clinic, its just a money generating business.

She has been the best Family Physician we have ever had. We won't change our insurance unless we know she is on it. When we moved to Tampa area, I would return to her office for medical treatment and exams. She treats you like a family member!!!

I was able to see her once. I made four appointments with her and she only kept that one. Liked her and the staff, but after the third cancellation I became very disappointed and angry. First cancellation the staff was nice and rescheduled on the spot. Second cancellation they called THE DAY OF and said they would call me to reschedule. Never did. I had to call. Last cancellation they left a message letting me know it was cancelled and I was responsible for rescheduling. I give up.
