I stopped going to Dalia Nagel after she refused to endorse the prescription her technician recommended, even though it was comfortable for me. Apparently I was caught in their ego clash, and I ended up leaving with 3 prescriptions that did not address the problem that a new eye doctor diagnosed as presbyopia. Dr. Nagel was brusque and condescending. Now that I have a new doctor who has given me the perfect solution, Nagel looks even worse in the rear view mirror. Agree with other reviewers. Avoid her!

The office staff and medical assistants were rude and brusque and the doctor was worse. I had a few questions and was made to feel like I was wasting everyone's valuable time. I would definitely avoid this office in the future.

I've seen a number of eye doctors in my time and I found Dr. Nagel to be very in tune with her patient. high EQ and IQ. not sure I've gotten to the bottom of my problem but feel good she's on the case and will help me as I figure out what's bothering my eyes.

Dr. Nagel is one of a kind. She is very attentive and really cares. She followed up with us several times after our initial visit and is one of the best doctors we've ever seen (and we see a lot)! She diagnosed my husband's condition quickly, accurately, and was extremely thorough and recommended us to specialists and got us appointments by calling herself! She is truly exceptional!
