Dr. Dalienne Marie Juarbe Garcia

The front office staff is nice. The previous Dr. Cynthia who retired was wonderful and I switched to Dr. Dalienne Juarbe. Juarbe she does not listen and speaks down to patience's like she knows it all. Does not want you to have a say in your care just what she says goes. Put stuff on my records we did not discuss and kept pushing me for test that I told her another Dr. did instead of requesting the records she wanted me to schedule an appointment to get it done.

does not listen to my needs on my visit on 6/8/26 she put a prescription medication to my pharmacy, that i talk to her about that made me very sick to my stomach over 6 mouth in the pass i explain to her details on how bad these pill made my stomach and i couldn't take this medication she told me i had to take them or i could die and still put the prescription in anyway. today on 7/7/26 i went for a follow up appointment with my daughter to gave her a change to talk again about if there is another medication i can take for this she said no this is the only medication that will help you, or i fall i could die. When my daughter and i told her again how sick it made me, and how are you going to tell her to take something that is going to make her so sick like we explain to you she said well you can find another doctor.

She has been so disssmissive of my 84 year old mothers needs. She refused to refill a prescription then lied to her saying someone was coming to the house to draw blood. Never happened. My mom told her she needs the potassium because it goes low all the time. Dr Juarbe hung up on her leaving my mother hanging. Well mom just came from hospital and her Potassium and magnesium dropped. This is NOT the first time with this Dr! She is not a good Dr when she's Not upholding "DO NO HARM!
