I am a healthcare worker Myself and my husband is a physician. Tonight I went into Bella Dente Fine Dentistry for my cleaning. At 6 pm, I was not acknowledged when I walked in the door also there was no social distancing in the small dentist office during an on going pandemic. I signed in as normal and 15 mins later in front of the remaining patients waiting to be seen, I was told I was going to be rescheduled because I did not press the confirm button in my email( I work at a hospital with patients, patient care is my priority not stopping the care of my patient to press a confirm button). You should be calling patients as other phy/dentist office do. The Hispanic receptionist/ secretary was abrupt, unprofessional, rude, sarcastic, insulting and literally argued with every word I said. If you are looking for a patient centric office with compassion and empathy, this is not the office for you - it’s ghetto and unprofessional. Also, you’ll never get in an emergency appointment,… please save yourself the trouble.
