Dr. Dalinda Ann Condino, MD

Saw her when I was 12 and deep in an eating disorder. The whole appointment was confusing and I ended up waiting in a hallway holding a vial of my urine for 10 minutes. The instructions were unclear and a doctor walked in on me changing. Dr. Condino didn't pay any attention to what I had to say and ended up telling me to I was eating too many carbohydrates when I was not close to meeting the caloric requirements for my age and body type. Overall bad experience, wouldn't recommend.

I saw her when I was 16, she has a very overwhelming and harsh approach to treatment and disregards patients feelings and mental state. I cried multiple times during this visit and often my feelings were brushed off as being a teenager, she told me she expects this behavior from children and raised her voice at me telling me to grow up. The entire visit left me in a worse place than I started overall I don’t recommend her.

I saw this dr when I was 14 and had a really serious eating disorder. Her approach came off to me as scary and harsh. I somewhat like the tough love approach but it was too much. I was always terrified to go, it felt punitive. I wanted to get “better” just to get away. She definitely knows what she’s talking about medically but it was kind of damaging overall .

Dr. Condino is knowlegable about adolecent medicine, I'm sure, however she sees patients for eating disorders without the wrap around and critical component of mental health counseling. Her direct manner, and her nutritionist's tough attitude, left my daughter after every visit, in hysterics. I was givien a list of counselors and psychiatrists on my first visit and told to find this provider myself. It took weeks to get an appointment with a mental health provider. As anyone knows, an eating disorder isn't helped unless the patient has their mental health addressed at the same time as their health. The whole situation here needs revamping. It makes no sense.

Good experience

Dr. Condino is a pleasant doctor, but I do not enjoy the atmosphere. When I'm there, I have to sit in a somewhat cramped waiting room, and then someone comes to do my weight. All of the staff members to do my weight have been very rude. I will not go into specific detail, but I was offended. I do like Dr. Condino, but because of the conditions I would not recommend to any friends of mine. Also I do not like that I have to sit in the room waiting for the doc for atleast 30 minutes... I understand she has other patients, but come on!
