Dr. Dallas Christopher Smith, DO

1. He told me that he does it everyday but From his staff I learned that mine was second that he performed. 2. The procedure gave me more pain and I am suffering as a result. 3. The procedure did not work and he would not even answer my questions when I asked him if he knows a dr. who does Prialt pump. He may be good on other things but as far as I am concerned I am disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. AZ

Pam Hensley treated me as if I was a drug attic . I am a 68 year old man with bad back pain and RH. She did not even seem interested in me and kept on saying I need your medical records from the other Doctor . They where sent over a week ago . Then she said why I am leaving the Zone and spine .I told her we changed insurances and he did not take my new insurance , She treated me very bad and also called Zone and Spine and treated them bad on the phone . I went home and changed back to my old insurance and will never go back to Dr Smiths , I am not a drug acid . I have hardware in my back and my spine has vracks , She did not care and did not even look at my xrays
