Dr. Daltry Britten Dott, MD

This individual shouldn't be providing care to the public. Dr. Dott is an anesthesiologist and somehow is working under other doctors for pain management. She isn't a specialist and will not due further investigative work into your back problems. She will order an MRI and go strictly off the findings of the report, do unnecessary steroid injections in the incorrect area of the body, and send you out the door. So again, if you are in pain and are looking for a specialist (sports medicine doctor) don't go to Dr. Dott.

I had been seeing another Pain Mgmt Dr who became a “concierge Dr”, so I came to see Dr Dott. What a wonderful change! Dr Dott and her staff seemed like they genuinely care and wish to find the right treatment for you. Everyone smiles and is willing. Dr Dott is so knowledgeable-no “God Complex” here!!

I found Dr Dott in 2016 just prior to deploying to Afghanistan. I had long occurrences of back pain and knew this was going to be a very physical mission. Other doctors had failed me. The procedure I received from her left me pain free during my entire deployment. I would never go to another physician for back problems. I am sold on Dr. Dott and her staff. Thank y’all!!!

I have been a patient for over a year. Dr Dott is the best of the best. She is very understanding, non- judge mental, compassion, caring and extremely knowledgeable. There are no bad doctors just good patients. Yes, the office was a little unorganized when it came to getting my RX but a couple of phone calls resolved the situation. She helped me get Lyrica which I needed for nerve pain and handled my pain management. Dr Dott in number 1 in my book.

Dr Dott has been treating my back since her arrival at Baylor Pain Center. She asks lots of questions and expects the same from patients. Her understanding Is thorough and her interest is keen. She applies her medicine with complete confidence and I have no doubt she’s among the most skilled physicians that have treated me. I highly recommend her.

Office staff is surly and disorganized. Scheduling is a complete mess of “I don’t schedule that. Let you connect you with...”. Twenty minutes later I’m back with the original scheduler.

Dr Dott has been so helpful to me. She has taken time to listen to me and tried to find different ways to help with my pain without adding extra pills. I have struggled with excruiating back pain and she suggested the stimulator that has helped tremendously. I am still suffering with unbelievable right toe pain that 5 foot doctors and 6 surgeries have not helped. Dr Dott is working with me trying to reduce the pain and I know she wont give up until she can make it tolerable. She really cares. I would recommend her to anybody. She works on a solution to make pain tolerable and not add more pills to do it. I have faith she will help with my toes on one foot as well.

Has a very passionate commitment to her patients and makes sure you are satisfied and comfortable with her diagnosis. She is very helpful, insightful, courteous, intelligent & understanding of your condition and pain. I would not trust anyone else to do the procedures & prescriptions I am given. First class attention and detail, as well as a heart of gold. <3

Diid not see any compassion from he. She will reduce your medication to weaker medications.
