Worst I have ever been to. No concern for patient, whatsoever. GAve me a very bad diagnosis, and offered no help of any kind. Said, "Good luck." and sent me on my way. Could not care less.

I have seen numerous neurologists in many long years I have been diagnosed with a seizure disorder. Dr. Alkaitis has been both my favorite, personally and professionally. I particularly appreciate that he takes as much time as I need. Dr. Alkaitis will answer all of my questions thoroughly in language I can understand. I feel confident in his expert care! Plus I love how friendly all the staff is. They make me feel like I am art of their family. How often does that happen in a doctor's office!

When you need it most, compassionate & helpful doctor's care and office administration. Dr Alkaitis's examinations and interviews are thorough, and his considerable experience guides his patient through to the medical care solution. His staff is equally attentive to helping his patients through the insurance form/communication maze. Visiting his office is calming, from the moment you enter the office - lovely & comfortable decor. Communicates well with the rest of my medical team. Early office hours were available too.

I have been a patient of Dr Alkiatis for over 9 years.During this time my Wife and I have had numerous visits and he has always been most Thorough and attentive to my situation and making every effort to Resolve the problems.He is most kind,thoughtful,and considerate as is His staff.I would highly recommend him.

with the other posts.. Been seeing neurologists all my life and gave him three tries. After the third visit, I felt blown off and was given well "that's life" explanation. Also, diagnosed me with carpal tunnel.. I think I am seeing a pattern here. Wasn't the doctor for me but am sure he has happy patients..

I would not refer my worst enemy to this man. He greeted me in the waiting room with a handshake then took me into his office where he sat with his back toward me and told me to take off my shoes and socks and lay down. I complied thinking I was going to get an exam and tell my history. He never said another word so I began to volunteer that info, three words into my sentence he delivered a shock to my legs. He never even explained to me what he was going to do. He did this three or four times on each leg without saying a word. When he was finished he walked out the door and slammed it. He returned with alcohol preps, which I assumed were to clean the equipment. Without saying a word he jabbed me in the foot with a needle, when I jumped up he tapped me on the leg and told me to relax. He did this about four times on each leg then immediately started typing the report. Without even looking at me and his back still toward me he said "It's not your nerves so I don't know what it… is". At this point I sit up and see blood running down my feet and legs. He never offered me anything to clean the blood off with and I didn't want to even ask at this point. I put my socks and shoes on and sat in silence with tears in my eyes. He walked to the door and opened it, I assumed this was his way of letting me know my visit was over. I left in tears feeling like I had been violated. I will NEVER EVER go back. I work in health care and know this is not acceptable. I have read the reviews here and do not know how anyone has had a good experience with this man. I plan on letting my physician know how I was treated so hopefully he will not refer anyone else.

Every thing was perfect in his clinic it's very comfortable and on time. The doctor is very caring and took all the time to listen very professional and wise . I have delt with so many doctors in my life he was the only doctor that was not materialistic and was a real doctor that took the oath and worked by it ....in summary I came out of his clinic and was already feeling good that he has found out what's wrong with me . I don't really understand those people who didn't recommend him I would highly recommend him as a neurologist

The office is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing, the receptionist was extremely kind and accommodating, and Dr Alkaitis was not only GREAT, but he truly showed he cared about my problems and did everything he could to help me find answers. I've seen many specialists over the years and I've never had someone as caring and as interested in my concerns as he was. It brought me to tears in his office! I'm so glad I hadn't read any of the awful reviews people posted on here, because none of them were true!!
