Dr. Damian John Havriliak, MD

Dr. Havriliak took care of a carpal tunnel for me. In addition to solving my issue completely, he perfectly blended the surgical 'scar' into the creases on the palm of my hand neaar the wrist. Even with the sutures in, it was barely detectable and it's been completely invisible for years (it was around 10+ years years ago). He has great respect and 'feel' for the soft tissues that make up the hand - something they don't teach in medical school. Can't recommend him highly enough. Referred many a patient to him, with nobody dissatisfied.

Do your self a favor and keep looking for a better plastic surgeon! The complaint is directed at the old mean lady at the reception desk and the Dr's assistant in the white coat that takes your temperature! The Dr. seemed very nice when I met him for a consultation. These 2 females, the old mean rotten woman and the assistant to the Dr. were both mean as can be, unprofessional, kept talking back to me. were rude, crude and unfriendly as can be!! Never in my life have I encountered such a mean spirited reception in his tiny office...there's your first hint! I've gotten a new plastic surgeon where the reception is a 180 degree difference! Positive and friendly! As well as another office I went to!! Avoid this Dr. because something is not right with him to keep such mean unprofessional cruel people in his office! Tells me something about the Dr. to keep filth in his office as these 2 employees! if he wants to keep patience and get decent reviews...he must fire these 2 mean human beings!

My experience with this Dr, his office staff, and insurance billing has all been positive. I am especially happy with my surgical results.

Horrible. Billed an exorbitant amount for a couple stitches on the face in the ER. Office would not negotiate on bill and I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office. It was difficult to call the office and make a follow-up appointment or to speak to anyone regarding my bill that could help. Do not use if you can avoid it.

I made a follow uo appointment two months in advance because I had the day off from work, but a few days before, he cancelled it in favor of a new patient. So there was no follow up. He simply did't care.

AFTER TIMELY RESEARCH FOR A PLASTIC SURGEON, NUMEROUSLY DR.HAVRILIAK'S NAME KEPT COMING TO MY ATTENTION FROM FRIENDS AND HOSPITAL STAFF. IT WAS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME THAT I HAD A DOCTOR WITH COMPASSION, UNDERSTANDING AND UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE ON TECHNIQUE. I HAD A FEW PRIOR CONSULTATIONS WITH HIM AND HIS STAFF. NEEDLESS TO SAY HIS SURGERY WAS PERFECTION. THANK YOU AGAIN DR. HAVRILIAK AND STAFF FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

Whoever wrote the poor review on Dr. Havriliak has an ax to grind. This doctor is wonderful. He spends as much time with you as you need. zhe is very gentle and does expceptions work. He came every day to the hospital to check on me - including Thanksgiving day and weekends. The research he did before during and after - to ensure my recovery was exemplory. He went beyond duty to find what I needed to help heal me. There has never been a bad word about himn drom any medical profesional who has had dealings with him. He was and is in contact with the rest of my doctors to ensure the very best of care. I highly recomend Dr. Havriliak
