Dr. Ray takes his time and actually talks to you and answers questions without rushing you in and out of the office in 5-10 minutes. Doesn't just give up if he doesn't know the answer to something - he thinks outside the box and isn't just going to write you off if what's going on isn't readily apparent. He genuinely cares about his patients and that's something that hasn't been the norm in my experience over the past few years.
