Very poor bedside manner. Non empathetic towards the patient or their pain

Dr Roussel corrected my bunion with the new Lapiplasty procedure. I had a bunionectomy with another surgeon that didn’t go well but Dr Roussel was able to fix my problem and get me back on my feet.
