Dr. Damien Brough Sanderlin, MD

After calming down (not really) I thought I would share my thoughts of this practice if not of Dr. Sanderlin himself. It is 7/6/23 at 8:24pm. After being rescheduled initially, I just received a text message informing me that my son’s doctor appointment for 7/7/23 was being canceled. They cannot administer his necessary vaccines. They provided a number to some clinic which of course is not open. I left them a very spicy voicemail. However, I am a true believer that the pen is mightier than the sword. This move is not only inconvenient but highly unprofessional. Yes it’s 2023. A text after dinner time sits well with many and also leaves a “paper” trail. You might think. What does not sit well with me is the lack of consideration for people’s time. The lack of bedside manner any doctor should have in regards to his patients and possible patients. But most of all the lack of care for those who cannot take care of themselves. My son is 13 and my cell phone could of been disconnected or… turned off. Yet this medical team (I say that lightly) could careless. Why? I guess you would have to find out on your own. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have Dr. Sanderlin for my PCP. I feels that He care about His patients. He is not only my PCP, He is the PCP for my family. Dr. Sanderlin is professional and straight forward. The wait time can be a little lengthy. But the care is great.

This doctor doesn't care about human beings and should pick another profession. The wait is horrible and he is just a bad Doctor. He sees a lot of people so I was not looking for a new best friend but I felt like a number. I think if he saw a person having a stroke in front of him he would walk over them and go home if he was not working

Hate going to this office ð???

This doctor is a joke. Its takes forever to get an appointment and that's not all, if you need a refill they are never open or maybe they just don't like the pharmacy to call them because they want you to use the pharmacy inside the same building (negative). He comes in dressed unprofessional and then asks you what's wrong and leave never to be seen again. Someone needs to take his license because he has no clue on anything dealing with medical.

I have lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and tried to give the doc. a chance because he is so close, well bait and switch, saw him once then after that several different nurse practitioners. I have children and usually wait time is crazy like a 3 hour visit, ridiculous, if you take a day off believe me you will be here forever

I WENT TO THIS DOCTOR AND DR.SANDERLIN IS HARDLY EVER THERE HE ONLY SEES PATIENTS ON TUESDAYS AND HIS NURCE PRACTIONER TAKES FOREVER SEEING HER PATIENTS FEELS LIKE AN E.R WAITING FROM 8:30AM TO 2PM. THEY REALLY NEED TO SPEED UP

When called to the back office to check your vitals. The wait for Dr. Sandelin afterwards in entirely too long. I would rather hust wait in the waiting room where I could read magazines and watch tv. Sometimes Dr. Sanderlin is not available and you would be seen by the nurse practicioner.

I have been a patient with my 5 children, I like Dr. Sanderlin, his wait time in the office is all that I can complain about. The staff is great, his bedside mannor is great. He is treats my 6 so good, my 3 teen girls like him, he was even my doctor, I could not afford a persctiption and he game me plenty of samples. For awhile I questioned going he had nurse practiioners who I didn't care for.I told him and he made sure he was there when I came. So I really feel this patient is upset or something because Dr. Damien Sanderlin is awesome, I know I have been a mom for 21 years and have had many doctors.

I have a few rare illnesses that he "said" he had experience with. He had no kind words no caring bedside manner no explainations for his treatment (which was nonexistant) He even went as far as to raise his voice with me when I tried to answer a question he asked. Argued with me telling me I didnt have a symptom I was experiencing and told me that he was refusing to refer me to a specialist and for imaging tests that were needed. when I told him the previous referral he prescribed me was not in my insurance and/or was not accepting patients when I called for an appointment he said I was lying. He went on to tell me that he couldnt help me with my illness even though he had the knowledge that we were not a good patient dr match and that I needed to find a new Doctor. Terrible Dr.
