Graduated from Palmer Chiropractic and worked under Dr Theodore Koziol for two years, seeing many patients and gained valuable experience before purchasing a practice in Toms River, NJ. Two years after that he purchased the Back and Neck Center of Brick from Dr Koziol when he retired. In 2021, Dr Noonan merged the two practices and expanded the footprint of the Back and Neck Center of Brick.
