You need to get your self a better selection of staff. They are rude, disrespectful, and need to go back to school to pick a few learning tools that will help them better interact with other people. The staff is by far the rudest part of this whole entire thing. They lack People skills, and its almost like talking to someone that doesn't want to do what she is being employed to do. So frustrating to deal with, and here i am again having a lot of issues calling in and having to deal with your staff that i think are just really difficult. I know there is a limit on how many doctors specialize in your department, but that doesn't mean that the staff should be able to treat the patients like they are not wanted. Its very distracting from someone wanting to be seen, and get the help they are needing.

WORSE practice in medical history! My appointment was cancelled against my wishes because i called to confirm my appointment as a responsible adult should. They said since I have medicaid as a secondary insurance they cannot take me because Dr. Cristescu won't accept it. I saw Dr. Cristescu once 2 years ago and their office policy states that since I saw him once I have to stay with him and cannot be switched to another doctor. I do remember he was a very poor doctor. He was not knowledgeable and he hurried me out as if he had better things to do than tend to his patients. To put the cherry on top, their receptionist lost my original medical records and now I have to request them all over again from NIH and Johns Hopkins, I also have to pay to have them released...again. If I could put zero stars to this review I would.

He spent plenty of time with me - he listened and he explained things very well. He was very knowledgable and up to date. I would definitly recommend him to friends & family.
