Dr. Dan Van Dang, MD

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and support provided by Dr. Dan Dang, MD, and his staff. My 67-year-old mother, who does not speak English, recently visited Dr. Dang's office for a cardiology appointment. After her appointment, she asked the office staff for help in calling a transportation service for elderly patients, as she has been able to do at other doctor's offices. Shockingly, the staff refused to assist her, with Dr. Dang himself stating that no one in the office would help her with this matter because it would take up too much of their time. This experience was very distressing for my mother, as she relies on the kindness and assistance of medical professionals to help her navigate these situations. The refusal to assist her, especially when this kind of help is common in other medical offices, shows a lack of empathy and understanding for elderly patients and those who do not speak English. Healthcare providers should prioritize patient care and be… willing to offer support, especially to vulnerable individuals like my mother. I would not recommend Dr. Dang to anyone who expects compassion and a willingness to help from their healthcare provider

Even though I had an appointment booked, I wait over 2 hours while the receptionist called others in. The waiting area is not clean as soon as I saw the doctor, could tell he just wanted to rush me out so he can see the next patient. Not coming back here.

My first visit with this doctor was good. The visits after that weren't. He didn't seem to be interested in spending time to answer my questions. He even seemed irritated by my questions. He barely said anything and the moment he was done talking, he would get up to leave the room. The reviews here said he was compassionate. He got an award for that in 2011-2012. But it's 2015 now and he's probably changed for the worse. I felt he didn't care about me as his patient. The only reason why I continued to see him was because the wait time in his office was the shortest compared to other offices and that his staff was nice. However, I no longer saw the same staff during my most recent visit. The new assistant seemed disrespectful and he seemed cranky. I'm now going to see a new cardiologist.

Dr. Dang took the time listen to me describe my symptoms and actually gave me an explanation of what he thought was going on and why I needed to take my medications. Thanks to him I feel a lot better and I know what I need to do to improve my health.

Dr. Dang is a rare doctor. I was referred to him by my family doctor because of my recurrent chest pains. He explained everything to me thoroughly and took his time although he had several patients in the waiting room. He seems to very up to date on the latest medical data. I am trying to convince my mother in law to go to him for quality care.

I go there the office is very new and lean the staff is very nice and sweet she answer all my questions i has.I love to come back to doctor office. He just moved his office.This location is easy to find thank you doctor dang for all your help.

Dr. Dang is a very compassionate physician and spends quality time with his patients.
