Dr. Dan Jonathan Gzesh, MD

Went to Dr. Gzesch for some advanced testing. He doesn't have a very good bedside manner. Called with the positive results of the testing and was very cold. Didn't suggest what should be next other than not his area of expertise. Was like pulling teeth to get any more helpful information from him.

Over the time period I was his patient, His office became increasingly difficult to deal with. When scheduling follow up, was constantly told "the book isn't open 3 months from now" and no phone call was ever made to assist in scheduling. Then when you would ask for appointment they would book 6 weeks out from the time you were due. This resulted in my inability to receive my head injections and resulted in chronic pain. I therefore made the decision to switch to another provider and even transferring records was impossible. I called at 9am to which I was told, "the office just opened, I will get to it" and 8 hours later the records were never sent. Then when I called back, the phone was answered and then forwarded to another voicemail with no answer. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. gzesh multiple times, he told me that " I should have called sooner" and the times I had notified his office about my poor experience, no offer to make anything better was made. I would not… recommend this office in the current infrastructure to anyone.
