Dan S. Kaufman, MD, PhD

Dr. Dan Kaufman is a hematologist and oncologist who has dedicated three decades to treating blood disorders and cancer. He earned his medical degree from Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and completed his residency at University of Wisconsin Hospital. Dr. Kaufman holds both an MD and PhD, bringing extensive clinical and research expertise to his practice. He provides care in English to patients throughout his career spanning 30 years.

Dr. Kaufman practices at UC San Diego Health in San Diego, California, and maintains an affiliation with University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. His clinical focus includes advanced treatments like stem cell transplantation for patients with blood cancers and other serious conditions.
