Dr. Dan Elliot Steinfink, MD

He was one of the worse psychiatrists I have been to. He didn't care. I just went to appointments and he asked a couple of questions then he wrote the prescription. Same for the zoom calls during covid. No personal interest nothing.

The woman who answered the phone was not professional. Or, friendly. While trying to make the appointment she asked questions harshly like she had something better to do. She didn't know the doctor accepted medicare and then after setting a time a date she asked for a date of birth. And, because I'm over 65 this doctor will not see me. Should have been the first question asked if that is the case.

I tried to become a patient. The only way to send any documents to the Dr. was thru an email address that appears to be a general mailbox. This is against HIPPA rules as this is NOT SECURE. The new patient documents talked about TELEMEDICINE, and that my conversations may not be as private as I would have liked because they might need a camera operator. The Documents also said that I agreed to some stipulations and talked them over with my Dr. and I agreed to them. I was not given a chance to talk to ANYONE about my questions. I was being asked to sign forms agreeing to this and that and certifying that I had had ample time to ask questions. When in fact, I had not. I tried to talk to them but was never able to get an office manager on the phone. I left several messages, and no one ever called back. I give them an F- I would have to recommend that you look elsewhere for a Dr and Clinic that cares enough to take to a new patient.

The title says it all...Dr Steinfink is awesome. I’ve been seeing him for 14 years and he helped me get through some tough times...I highly recommend him as a doctor with a great staff.

I love Dr. Stienfink, so nice. All the staff are very nice and friendly. This place is so much better than before. Thanks to all.

Comfortable environment

I have been seeing Dr Steinfink for years, he is patient, professional, time efficient and easy to talk with. I have always been involved in my care plan, he is very knowledgeable and has a mellow demeanor. I trust him and would not want to see anyone else. Nice office & staff !!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the facility and Dr. Steinfink. I feel like he really listened to me and I'm confident he will help me reach my goals. He took the time to get a clear background on me and I didn't feel like he pushed any medication, actually the opposite. Hes helping me reduce the several pills I take daily and sent me for testing to see what should be focused on, and what I could potentially stop taking. Very satisfied

Dr Steinfink's office is very professional and feels comfortable to me. Love my doctor and staff is very helpful.
