Dr Dana K Ataya, MD

Dr. Ataya is a board-certified, subspecialty-trained breastradiologist. She received her MD degree at the Northeastern Ohio MedicalUniversity. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Breast ImagingFellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, where she also served as Chief Resident.Her clinical practice involves interpreting mammograms, breast ultrasounds,breast MRI, and performing imaging guided breast procedures. Dr. Ataya hasreceived several teaching awards and has been an invited speaker at local,regional, and national meetings. She is a co-investigator on two NIH/NCIR01 grants, including a grant seeking to identify radiomic and pathomicsignatures to predict upstaging of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). Dr. Atayais also a Co-PI on a novel pilot study applying eco-evolutionary principles totreat HR+ HER2- metastatic breast cancer.
