Dr. Dana Lynn Ben-Dov, MD

She seems to be getting more careless and less interested in treating patients than years prior. She focuses more on her cell phone and typing notes than on listening to the patient. The staff does not call in prescriptions or respond to messages in a timely manner. Very disappointing with the recent care, especially now that she has changed her "tier" with insurance to charge more.

Did not like this office, with the exception of the receptionist and one nurse or assistant. Another nurse was very mean. The doctor was rather blase' about things and didn't really seem motivated in appointments. She was very dependent on the computer. She isn't motivated, so when you get there because you should see her, it's like why are you their? She diminishes much of what you are gong through, so all in all, find someone else. Plenty of motivated doctors who like their patients and are not so hung up on title of Dr.

This doctor rushed my appointment and made me feel like I was interfering with her other patients. She seemed unknowledgeable and had to look my symptoms up on a computer. She never followed up after my visit like she agreed, and her nurse was very rude! It was impossible for them to get my prescriptions correct. I've never felt so frustrated, and I will never return to this doctor.

The Dr is very nice and she has the nicest staff I've ever met! Even better than where I work!!
